Kloone privacy policy
Effective October 6, 2026. Kloone is operated by Axon Analytics LLC, 1601 Elm St, Dallas, Texas 75201, United States. Questions: contact@axonanalytics.io.
Kloone gives you a small team of software agents that work on your data with your permission. This page says what we collect, why, who receives it, how long we keep it, and how you remove it.
What we collect
- Account. Your name, email address and profile picture, from Google or Microsoft sign-in or from the email link you use to sign in. We never ask for a password.
- Your work in Kloone. Your conversations with your agents, what you tell them and what they learn about you (your Memory), and the files your agents create in your workspace.
- Connected apps. When you connect an app, the sign-in token that app issues to Kloone, stored encrypted. We never ask for or store the passwords of those apps.
- Credits and payments. Your credit balance and purchase history. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- Usage and errors. Which screens are used, where people get stuck, and technical error reports. These never include the content of your conversations or of your connected apps.
How we use it
Only to run Kloone for you: to answer your requests, to let your agents act in the apps you connect, to keep your account secure, to bill credits, and to fix problems. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not use your data to train AI models.
Google user data
If you connect your Google account, Kloone asks for these permissions, and uses each only for the feature named:
- Gmail (
gmail.modify): your agents read, search, label and draft emails for you. An email is sent only after you confirm it in Kloone. - Google Calendar (
calendar.readonly,calendar.events): your agents read your schedule and create or change events you ask for. Invitations to other people wait for your confirmation. - Google Drive and Sheets (
drive.readonly,drive.file,spreadsheets): your agents read files you point them to, and save the documents Kloone makes into your Drive.
Kloone's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:
- We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features you use in Kloone, as described above.
- We do not use Google user data to serve ads, and we do not sell it.
- We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
- We transfer Google user data only to the AI model providers that process your request (listed below), only as needed to answer it, and under terms that forbid them from training on it.
- No person at Axon Analytics reads your Google data unless you ask us to, in writing, to fix a problem you report; when needed for security, such as investigating abuse; or when the law requires it.
Microsoft user data
If you connect a Microsoft account, Kloone asks for access to your Outlook mail and calendar, OneDrive and SharePoint files, To Do tasks, OneNote and your Teams membership, so your agents can work in them for you. The same rules apply as for Google: used only for the features you use, never sold, never used for ads or to train AI models, and anything that leaves your workspace (an email, an invitation, a post) waits for your confirmation.
Who receives your data
- AI model providers. Anthropic, OpenAI and Google receive the parts of your data needed to answer each request, under business terms that do not allow them to train on it.
- Infrastructure. DigitalOcean (servers and backups, United States), Stripe (payments), and our email delivery and error-reporting providers, each only for its job.
- The law. We disclose data when a valid legal order requires it.
Nobody else. If Axon Analytics is ever sold or merged, this policy continues to apply to the data collected under it, and we will tell you first.
Where and how we store it
On servers in the United States (DigitalOcean, New York). Each account has its own isolated folder, its own database rows and its own sandboxed computer; no account can reach another's. Connection tokens are encrypted at rest. Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
How long we keep it, and how to delete it
- We keep your data while your account is open.
- Disconnect an app in Kloone and we delete its token at once; we stop reading that app immediately.
- Delete your account from Settings and we delete your data, including your Memory, files and tokens. Encrypted backups roll off within 30 days.
- You can also revoke Kloone's access from your Google account or Microsoft account at any time.
- Export your Memory any time from Memory, Export.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to contact@axonanalytics.io and we answer within 30 days. Kloone is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we tell you in Kloone or by email before the change applies.
