Kloone terms and privacy

Terms of use

Kloone gives you a small team of software agents that work on your data with your permission. By signing in you agree to these terms.

• Early access. This is a first release for a small group. Things will change, break, and be fixed quickly. We will tell you before anything that affects your data.
• Your account. You sign in with Google or with a link sent to your email. Keep your email account safe; anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
• Your agents act for you. When you connect an app, your agents read and, where you allow it, write to it on your behalf. Anything that leaves your workspace (an email, a calendar invite, a post) stops for your confirmation first.
• Credits and fees. Use of AI models is paid from your credits at the price shown. Some agents cost a one-time amount, charged from credits. Credits are not refundable except where the law requires it. During the first batch the platform fee is waived.
• Acceptable use. No illegal activity, no attacking other systems, no harassment, no attempts to reach other people's data. We can suspend an account that does any of this.
• No professional advice. The Fitness & Health Assistant is not a doctor; the School Manager is not your school; nothing here is legal or financial advice.
• Liability. Kloone is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Axon Analytics is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions you take based on what an agent says.
• Leaving. You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We delete your data within 30 days (backups included).

Privacy

Plain answers to the questions that matter.

• What we store. Your name and email; your conversations with your agents; what you tell them and what they learn (your Memory); the sign-in tokens for the apps you connect; files your agents create in your workspace; your credits and payments (handled by Stripe, we never see your card).
• Where. On servers in the United States (DigitalOcean, New York). Each account has its own isolated folder, its own database rows and its own computer (container). No account can see another's.
• Who sees it. You. The AI models that answer you receive the parts of your data needed for that answer; we use Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and other model providers under their business terms, which do not train on your data. Axon Analytics staff do not read your conversations except to fix a problem you report.
• Connected apps. We store only the sign-in token the app gives us, encrypted. We never ask for or store your passwords or API keys. Disconnecting an app deletes its token.
• What we do not do. We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not train models on your data.
• Analytics. We record which screens are used and where people get stuck, without the content of conversations, to make the product easier.
• Your rights. Export your Memory any time (Memory, Export). Delete your account and everything with it (Settings). Ask us anything at contact@axonanalytics.io.
• Google data. Kloone's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
